	D = diesel engine, 0826, 2866,...= model designation	Rating is strictly in accordance with DIN 6271, ISO 3046.
	T = with exhaust driven turbocharger
	L = with exhaust driven turbocharger and intercooler	SHP depends on gear selection. Average gear efficiency equals 98.5% of engine rating.
	X = upgraded version
	E = marine, industrial applications
	401, 402,... = marine application model designation	Rating reductions relative to the installation condition are to be taken into account. Please confirm necessary de-rating and precise installation checks with MAN.
